COAL
Coal is a black or brownish-black sedimentary rock that can be burned for fuel and used to generate electricity. It is composed mostly of carbon and hydrocarbons, which contain energy that can be released through combustion (burning). Coal is the largest source of energy for generating electricity in the world. Coal is an abundant natural resource that can be used as a source of energy, as a chemical source from which numerous synthetic compounds (
CLINKER
Clinker is the backbone of cement production. It is essentially a mix of limestone and minerals that have been heated in a kiln and have been transformed by this heat. Clinker is primarily used to produce cement. Since it can be stored in dry condition for several months without noticeable deterioration, it is traded internationally in large amounts. Cement manufacturers buy clinker for their cement plants in areas where raw materials for cement are scarce or unavailable.
TIMBER
Timber is a renewable resource that has a fast growth rate with softwood varieties able to replenish at a faster rate than hardwoods. Timber is a natural material, is non-toxic, is safe to handle, and does not produce hazardous vapours when cut or machined. Its scrap or waste products can be repurposed so that there is little to no unused material from a given cut of timber. It has aesthetic appeal and can be stained, painted, or coated to produce a wide variety of finishes. Timber can be used as a fuel source, it can be transformed into construction materials, furniture, timber beams, it can be used to create Pulpwood and much more! Our timber collection includes Pinewood, Teakwood, Logs, Sawn, Plain, and many more.
SCRAP TYRES (BALED)
Scrap tyres can be used as a gravel substitute, can be grounded into crumb rubber for playground flooring & gymnasium mats, they can be used to cover for landfills and as wastewater treatment filters as well as, garden mulch. The risks of waste tyres include dangerous toxic chemicals leaching, tyre fires that take decades to put out and even increased malaria caused by stagnant water. Tyre landfills should be avoided as much as possible and tyre recycling methods should be sought as an alternative. They are used in many major projects involving landfill engineering including road construction, land erosion, wall construction, roads for wind farms, riverbanks, ponds, and dam construction. What we are trying to do with all our products is make sure they are environmentally friendly and sustainable.
SCRAP METAL (BALED)
Scrap metal baling is an essential process in the metal recycling industry. Once the scrap metal has been compressed into bales, it is much easier to transport long distances to be reused for different purposes. This is because the baling process makes putting scrap metal into a furnace a much more straightforward process. The process quickly and efficiently deals with metals, from small scrap pieces to washing machine and entire vehicles. Reusing scrap metal helps to build and emphasise the circular economy, where we can keep reaping the benefits of metals that have already been extracted over and over again.
There are many uses for scrap metal, and the benefits for the economy and the environment of recycling it outweigh the difficult process of separating different types of metals during the recycling process. Scrap metal can be refashioned into many new uses. For example, scrap iron and aluminium metals are used extensively in the construction industry for projects as varied as roads and bridges. As well, scrap metal is also used for manufacturing automobiles, aircraft, and other kinds of travel.
